Peanut Butter Sandwich Chippers

I got this recipe from a free Pillsbury Favorite Recipes booklet.  Its easy to make and fairly inexpensive and the people I served it to seemed to enjoy it.

1 (16 oz.) package of Pillsbury ready to bake chocolate chip cookies (24 count)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I used Peter Pan)
2 tablespoons honey

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place dough rounds on an ungreased cookie sheet.
2. Bake according to package directions (10 min.). Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until well blended.
4. For each sandwich cookie, spread about 1 rounded teaspoon of peanut butter mixture between two cooled cookies.
*Makes 12 sandwich cookies
