Honey Chicken

This is one of my favorite chicken recipes! Get your chicken breasts on sale or markdown for a cheap, delicious dinner!

2/3 cup butter
1 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard
4 bone-in chicken breasts with the skin on

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a 9x13 inch dish, combine the butter, honey and mustard.
3. Put pan in oven to melt butter.  Once butter is melted, wisk everything together.
4. Roll the chicken in the butter mixture.
5. Place the chicken in the pan with the skin side down.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with the sauce.
7. After 45 minutes turn the chicken skin side up and bake for another 30 minutes until the skin is crispy.
