2011 Budget

So, for the new year i've made out a new budget to follow.  We're trying to save as much money as possible this year to put towards a down payment on a house in 2012.  These are the bills I have and how much they are and how much the portion I pay for them is.  I've overestimated on some of them as they can vary month to month.  The first column is the type of bill, the second column is how much it normally runs, the third column is how much my portion to pay is.

I'm hoping to have the Visa card paid off by May in which point I will start putting the money I was paying on it towards the Mastercard bill. 
If I stick with this budget I should be able to save at least $250/month if not more. If i'm able to save that much a month then I should have at least $3000 saved by the end of the year.
