Frugal Tip of the Day

Do your own manicures/pedicures.  For half the cost of a professional manicure you can buy your own nail polish, files, and skin scrubs.  I've found that my own pedicures and manicures end up looking just as nice if not nicer than ones by professionals.  Make it a social time and invite your girlfriends over and give each other mani/pedis while catching up on the latest gossip and sipping some wine.
