CVS Trip 2/6

Well, this definitely isn't the best trip i've ever done. I had originally went in with a specific list and had to change a bunch of things because they no longer sell the Dove Visible Care body wash I had originally wanted to purchase two of.  So instead I had to get laundry detergent, it still turned out to be a decent deal I guess.  Here's my purchases:

1 Old Spice fresh collections deodorant $3.99
1 Old Spice regular deodorant $3.19
1 Stride Spark gum
2 Wisk laundry detergents (on sale BOGO) $8.99

Used a $5/$15 printed CVS coupon from my email, a coupon for buy 1 old spice fresh collection deodorant get one of equal or lesser value free, and a $2/1 Wisk coupon.

My total was $7.91 and I got $1.99 ECBs to use for next time.

Frugal Tip of the Day

Did you know that your appliances are still using electricity when they are plugged into an outlet and yet turned off?  Unplug your appliances when they're not in use.  Why pay for the electricity your toaster is using even though you're not making toast?
